- What is the OSHA mandate?
As of January 13, 2022, the Supreme Court blocked the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) from enforcing its Emergency Temporary Standard (or ETS), which required large scale businesses like JD Finish Line to implement vaccination-or-weekly-test requirements for its employees. As a result of this decision, we will no longer be obligated to uphold the agency’s specific testing requirements by February 9, 2022, however, state and local governments may impose guidelines of their own in the coming weeks. We will continue to monitor any new or updated protocols.
